В салоне кроссовера появилась обивка из алькантары и новая мультимедийная система с 7-дюймовым дисплеем и поддержкой Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, SD, USB и Apple CarPlay.
Под капотом Macan S расположился бензиновый 3-литровый мотор V6 мощностью 340 л. с. (460 Нм). Версия Macan S Diesel оснащается 3,0-литровым дизельным V6, развивающим 258 л. с. мощности и 580 Нм крутящего момента. Модификация Macan GTS предлагается с 3,0-литровым бензиновым твин-турбо двигателем V6, развивающим 360 л. с. и 500 Нм крутящего момента. Заряженный Macan Turbo приводится в движение 3,6-литровым V6, который выдает 400 лошадиных сил (550 Нм). Все моторы работают вместе с роботизированной 7-ступенчатой коробкой PDK с двойным сцеплением.
